In the OpenArch-Workpackage 4 we developed the idea to get experiences and practical hints to improve our knowledge in presenting in practical ways skills and handicraft to the public by visiting other (external) archaeological and ethnological museums, who have already worked since a long time on this topics.
The results of a detailed documented study visit at the famous Open Air Museum Skansen in Stockholm (Sweden) in summer 2013 are to find in the attached report ,which gives also some interesting comments on how to manage and how to organize the educational work in this oldest and advanced institution of its kind.
