Stone Age Park as partner of the National Park Wadden Sea
Since January 2015 the Archaeological-Ecological Centre Albersdorf (AÖZA) is an official partner of the German National Park Wadden Sea, which is recognized by the UNESCO as World Heritage since 2009.
In the last edit of the newsletter of the National Park from August 2015 also the AÖZA is mentioned, especially the project "Mesolithic Living", which is accompanied by the Archaeological Department of the University of Exeter as OpenArch-Partner (see attached newsletter!).
The cooperation between and (historic) environmental research is since its foundation very important for the AÖZA and could be expanded with this new cooperation. Also the AÖZA informs about the nature and of the National Park with posters, info desks etc.
