One result of the OpenArch-WP4-workshop about "Food, Drink and Culinary Practices in ancient Times" in april 2013 in the Archeon was the publication of a little recipe book compiled by the Archaeological-Ecological Centre Albersdorf. Some copies have been sent round for the participants of the workshop in combination with the presentations and discussions. The complete recipe-collection can be found in the end of the report for the Food-Workshop.
Some of the recipes have been also published in the Exarc Journal 2013 - Digest (p. 39).
