Project coordination: the partners' Steering Committee in Wales
The latest bigof OpenArch happened at St Fagans – National Wales and one of the activities for the delegates was a site visit to the Big Pit Museum where we could learn about the story of miners in South Wales. In one of the museum rooms, it took place the project’s SCM with partners’ delegates.
The session had an agenda focused mainly on three parts to be tackled: the first one an overview of the project indicators and an analysis made by the Operational Managers of the updated working plans, taking into account the suggestions from the external evaluation commissioned in the 2nd half of 2014. This part led to agree on some actions and deadline commitments for the summer time. Financial Managers gave an overview of financial status as well and defined main goals for partners until the end of the project.
A second part was focus on the work packages analysis and the pending work to do until last meeting to be held in Calafell. Work package coordinators suggested actions to carry out during summer that were agreed with the Management Team the day before in the face-to-face meetings that happen before the SC meetings.
A third part was about the agreement of the dates for the last SC meeting in person to be held in Calafell (ES) in October.A first draft of the programme was shown to partners.
