Management Team prepares the next Meeting of Partners

Just after the summertime change, on Monday 26 March, the Management Team met in Calafell. Our objective was to prepare the upcoming meeting inItaly of OpenArch. We discussed the Project Budget in detail, to be agreed in Modena by the Steering Committee. New on the team is Sonia Domínguez, she is working on finances together with Albert Sorrosal. Besides the budget of the whole project we discussed the progress of OpenArch in general: the project PR and Communication is making big steps and with the high season coming fast, we see partners preparing many activities. We looked into issues about intellectual property and the requirements of products and activities. Our final point of attention was the reporting of the project: we have a good overview made by the partners on what happened in 2011 – a good start for our interim report to be submitted to Brussels over the summer.
