II OpenArch Steering Committee (Borger, The Netherlands)
Nine months after the first Steering Committee of the project in Calafell, the partnership met again in person at the Hunebedcentrum in Borger, The Netherlands. This meeting was tirelessly prepared in the previous months by the WP coordinators together with the MT with several virtual meetings in September.
The main goal with this meeting was to bring the Inception Phase to a close and start implementing project activities from now on. The MT presented an overview of the last six months and assess what we did so far, stating our achievements and our mistakes and we discussed plenty of issues such as the search for new partners, strategies on communication and decisions, the websites and more. As a result, a lot of decisions were taken and all in all, we agreed that it was a very successful meeting with a fantastic working atmosphere and with a lot of positivity in the future of the project.
