Disabled access: presentation on new buildings at the Viminacium conference
St Fagans National Historypresented the results of a visitor survey on their site which had highlighted the number of disabled visitors who had come to their museum.
This realisation was linked to the commissioning of a large scale accessibility audit undertaken by VisionSense which had indicated areas where St Fagans could improve its provision for disabled visitors.
The results of this audit were presented to the OpenArch partners and other delegates at the Viminacium conference, along with specific work being undertaken at St Fagans to address the issues that had been identified.
